1/2	c	Shortening
1	c	Sugar
1		Egg
1	ts	Vanilla
1	c	Sour dough
1 3/4	c	Flour
2	ts	Baking powder
1/4	ts	Salt
1/4	ts	Soda

Cream shortening and sugar; add remaining ingredients; drop by tsp. onto a greased cookie sheet. Coat top well with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and tsp. cinnamon. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
